Data and purposes

Your name, telephone number, email address, selected service and enquiry text are used to assess your request, respond to you, plan the requested support and manage correspondence. Technical access and security records may be processed to protect the website and prevent misuse. Please do not send sensitive personal data or confidential invention details through this enquiry form.

Collection and legal grounds

Information is collected electronically through forms and email, by telephone and through communication channels you choose to use. Depending on the request, processing relies on the conditions in Article 5/2 of Turkish Law No. 6698: necessity for establishing or performing a contract, legal obligations, establishing, exercising or protecting a right, and legitimate interests that do not harm your fundamental rights. Any separate activity requiring explicit consent must be presented with a separate choice.

Recipients and retention

Information necessary to operate the website and deliver your enquiry may be shared with hosting and email infrastructure providers, and with competent public authorities or legal advisers when legally required. Official filings are handled under a separate service relationship and the required authorisation. If you follow a WhatsApp link, that platform’s processing terms also apply. Records are kept for the period needed for the enquiry or service, taking applicable statutory retention and legal claim periods into account. They are deleted, destroyed or anonymised when the purpose and legal ground no longer apply.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about that processing, learn its purpose and recipients, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate information, and request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions apply. You may request notification of relevant corrections or deletion to recipients, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Submit requests in writing to the address above, with sufficient information to verify your identity, or through the methods provided by Turkish law. Contact us by email for information about the application procedure. Requests are assessed within the applicable statutory procedure and time limits.

Ask Derya

Derya is an AI-assisted website adviser. Your question and the published website content needed to answer it are sent to Groq through the Sensera gateway. Chats are retained on the server for up to 30 days for visitors and 90 days for signed-in members; IP records are retained for up to 30 days. Do not enter confidential invention details, identity documents, passwords or sensitive personal data. Answers are general information, not official filings or case-specific legal advice. You can contact us by telephone or the quote form without using Derya.

Analytics and your choices

Google Analytics 4 (Google; G-Q8BBW3Y7QT) and Yandex Metrica (Yandex; 113939465) run only after you permit Statistics cookies. They measure page views, device and browser information, referring pages, telephone and WhatsApp link clicks, and quote-flow interactions. A click does not establish a completed conversation or sale. Analytics consent is optional and is not required to send a service enquiry.

Yandex Metrica uses click maps, link tracking and Session Replay. Form inputs and Derya chat content are masked to exclude their contents from recording. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and message contents are not added to analytics events. Providers may process IP addresses and online identifiers; these tools communicate with third-party systems outside Turkey.

Default cookie lifetimes are 2 years for Google _ga and _ga_*; 1 year for Yandex _ym_uid and _ym_d; 20 hours for _ym_isad; 30 minutes for _ym_visorc_*; and 60 minutes for _ym_metrika_enabled. Browser restrictions may shorten these periods; not every cookie is created for every visitor. Use the cookie preference button to change or refuse permission. Existing cookies can be deleted in browser settings. See the Google Privacy Policy and Yandex Privacy Policy. Contact: info@ozgelpatent.com.
