Analytics and your choices
Google Analytics 4 (Google; G-Q8BBW3Y7QT) and Yandex Metrica (Yandex; 113939465) run only after you permit Statistics cookies. They measure page views, device and browser information, referring pages, telephone and WhatsApp link clicks, and quote-flow interactions. A click does not establish a completed conversation or sale. Analytics consent is optional and is not required to send a service enquiry.
Yandex Metrica uses click maps, link tracking and Session Replay. Form inputs and Derya chat content are masked to exclude their contents from recording. Names, phone numbers, email addresses and message contents are not added to analytics events. Providers may process IP addresses and online identifiers; these tools communicate with third-party systems outside Turkey.
Default cookie lifetimes are 2 years for Google _ga and _ga_*; 1 year for Yandex _ym_uid and _ym_d; 20 hours for _ym_isad; 30 minutes for _ym_visorc_*; and 60 minutes for _ym_metrika_enabled.
