Preparing Capacity Report and Industrial Registry Applications

Manufacturing documentation should reflect what actually happens at the production site. A capacity report and an industrial registry certificate address different questions, even though their supporting records overlap. Preparing them together can reveal inconsistencies in addresses, machinery lists and activity descriptions before submission.

Capacity report preparation

A capacity report describes production capability under the relevant chamber's procedures, taking account of machinery, workforce and premises. Prepare an up-to-date equipment list and explain the production flow. Capacity figures should be supported by the required technical information, rather than estimated only from sales targets. Confirm the issuing chamber's validity and renewal requirements.

Industrial registry preparation

The industrial registry concerns eligible industrial enterprises and their production activities in the Ministry's system. Check the production address, company information and actual activity against the relevant register records. Changes at the facility may require updates. Keep responsibility for monitoring these changes clear within the business.

Compare the supporting documents

Review trade register and chamber records, machinery and equipment information, workforce data and production descriptions. If a registered activity differs from the work performed at the facility, assess the discrepancy before applying. The domestic goods certificate is product-specific and does not replace either the capacity report or industrial registry documentation.

Evaluate benefits separately

Certificates can be relevant to procurement, support programmes and other procedures, but each has its own eligibility conditions. Holding a document does not automatically create a right to every incentive, reduced tariff or tax treatment. Check current programme requirements with the responsible institution. Özgel Patent supports the organisation and review of the application file and coordinates preparation steps, while official approvals and benefit decisions remain with the competent bodies.
